特性:面火烤爐主要的作用是處理食物之完成階段,將食物表層烤到香脆。高質光面不銹鋼爐身,美觀而耐用,高質發熱線安裝在頂部,可輕易裝折,方便維修,帶操作指示燈之多段式溫控制,可隨意調節指定溫度,同時,較大之型號SEF2,SEL2,SE60及SE80均裝備兩套帶獨立開關之發熱及溫控系統,所有把手及開關制均采用高質隔熱纖維制造,大型盛油脂底盤,電鍍表層燒烤架。SEF系列為手動型號,爐內裝置上,中及下三條路軌,可根據需要將燒烤架放進其中一條路軌,路軌越高,距離安裝在頂部之發熱線越近,熱力越高,SEL系列附設八級離頂部發熱線高距,SE系列為無段式,可隨意將發熱線盤拉低至距離食物所需之高度,SG/0煤氣面火烤爐煮用爐面尺寸 575X400MM。
